GJ Games has been running for over 10 years, selling our RETRO games to many people both young and old, this is still our goal today, however the gaming industry has moved on and so we have decided to start offering a wider product range which will include Playstation, Xbox and Nintendo titles. As well as this we shall also be offering a selection of PC / Console hardware and accessories and a selection of region 1 and 2 DVDs. 

History

GJ Games was created by Geoff and June Moore in the mid to late 90’s offering some of the titles you see listed on our product pages, including our very successful GJ Pacman product. Please see listed below GJ Games original welcome note:-

Hi, we are Geoff and June Moore! We are married with grown-up children. When the kids were small, we had an Atari console and a Commodore 64. We all enjoyed playing computer games, the good old ones like Pacman and Breakout.

Since then, many things have changed including computer games. Most games today are very complex. Great for those who understand them but what about us mums and dads, and younger kids who want something simple? Whatever happened to those old favorites that we still love and used to stay up half the night playing?

This is how GJ Games began. We have decided to revive some of these games, adding new features and making them run on modern PCs with Windows 95/98/2000/ME/XP, bringing them back to life for us "oldies" to enjoy. Hopefully, our grandchildren may enjoy these as their introduction to computer games. Who knows?

Order Acceptance Terms 

• A contract for the sale of product(s) you order from GJ Games is only created once we have e-mailed you confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
• Orders are subject to availability.
• We will not be legally bound by any factual or typographical errors on the website or other promotional materials.

Terms of Price and Delivery

If the goods are not available for delivery within 30 days of being ordered you shall be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund of any monies paid. Where goods become available for delivery at different times we reserve the right to deliver them in stages.

If you decide you do not require the goods, you may return them to us within 28 days from the dispatch date provided they are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Software must remain sealed, and hardware must contain all component parts. If any goods are returned damaged we reserve the right to return the item to you or levy an admin charge to cover the costs of the sale.

Your order should arrive within not more than 28 working days of dispatch, however our usual delivery time is 2-3 working days. This maximum delivery period shall have elapsed before we will consider claims for lost in transit consignments.

Age Restricted Products

 
Any product with a BBFC (British Board of film Classification) rating will be clearly described as such on the product page for that item. For further information on BBFC ratings, see the Video Standards Council Website .

By placing an order for a product where an age restriction warning is displayed, you are confirming that you are over the required age.

Warning: It is an offence to attempt to buy a certificated title if you are under age or to attempt to purchase one on behalf of someone else who is under age.

• Any software may be returned for credit or exchange within 28 days of the despatch date, providing that the seal remains unbroken on the software.
• Faulty software where the seal has been broken may be returned up to 3 months after the despatch date. (Games and Hardware that have been mishandled will not be accepted)
• Hardware or peripherals may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not used) and may be returned for credit or exchange within 28 days of the despatch date. Please note that hardware must contain every component part (cables, memory sticks etc.) before it can be accepted as a return.
• Faulty hardware may be returned for a like-for-like exchange up to 12 months after the despatch date.
• This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Our return policy excludes all downloadable software, or software that has already been activated.

Digitally downloadable products can not be returned or refunded once the licence key issued has been activated. Once this key is activated this confirms to us that you have used the product, and accepted our terms for this product.
