At GJ Games we are always looking for the best deal for our clients. We also offer a trade in service. If you have an unwanted game that has been lying around the office or house send it to us, and we will pay you money, that’s right MONEY!

Simply e-mail us at sales@gjgames.co.uk telling us what the title is and what platform it runs on, we will then make you an offer. If you accept our offer we will issue you with a trade in number, we will then arrange collection of you title (or soon offer a FREEPOST Address) , that’s right we even pay the postage! All we ask is that you make sure the package is securely padded and correctly packaged, so it does not get damaged in transit. When we receive the item we will examine it to make sure it is in the same condition you stated on your email, if so we will send you a cheque the following working day!

Here at GJ Games, we are offering all our customers a BUY BACK guarantee. When you place an order with us we will allow you to send back the game you have purchased from us for a 50% credit, simply return the game back to us within 8 weeks from you purchase date, and we will issue you a credit. The way this works is simple:-

1.     Buy the Game from our website.

2.     Play the game for up to 8 weeks.

3.     When you are tired of playing this game, simply return it back to us within the 8 weeks time period.

4.     We shall credit you with the up to 50 % of the current value of the game. (The amount credited depends on the condition we receive the game back in, and we may reject the returned item if it is damaged!).

This means you can play a newer game sooner, or return a game that doesn't suit you. (Please note this offer does not apply to our downloadable products!, you may only send back 4 games within a 12 month period).

Reward Scheme

We will very soon be launching a reward scheme here at GJ Games. For every pound you spend on the website you will receive a GJ point , these points can be exchanged for discounts off future orders or even free games and DVDs.

The GJ point system is now up and running, we shall be keeping track of all customer orders, and issuing GJ points based on you current spend with us. The points issued will NEVER expire, so all the points to earn you can spend at any time in the future. Although you can't currently track you points online, this service will be launched in the very near future. We will also be issuing GJ Games Membership cards, so you can keep track of your account number and details.

We will keep customers updated to their points status by email, we will also advise you on what you can spend your points on. So watch out for that special email arriving in your mailbox soon.

Price Promise

Here at GJ Games we stick to our guns. If you pre-order a title from us and the price goes up, guess what you still pay the lower price. Similarly if the price drops, you will pay the price that the title has dropped to, so either way you can't go wrong!.
